Every item is inspected and tested before dispatch to ensure customers always receive a brand-new, unused product.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 working days.
Delays may occur due to customs or courier operational issues.
Warranty Policy (1-Year Limited Warranty)
Smartinoo devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering:

How Warranty Claims Work
To submit a claim, provide:

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:

all shipping costs when sending the product back for inspection

packaging the device safely for return
Smartinoo OÜ will not reimburse shipping costs for warranty claims.
If the Warranty Claim Is Approved
Depending on inspection results, Smartinoo OÜ may:

repair the product

or replace it with the same model
If the claim is not approved under warranty, the customer may choose to have the device returned at their own shipping cost.
